Broadway Film Group Announces the Premiere of New Comedy Web Series “OG JunBug”
Broadway Film Group is proud to announce the premiere of its newest original comedy web series, OG JunBug, debuting on YouTube on September 7.
What happens when a 50-year-old gangster rapper tries to make a comeback? That simple question launches one of the funniest and most unpredictable independent comedy series of the year.
OG JunBug follows the larger-than-life journey of JunBug, a former rap legend determined to prove he still has what it takes to reclaim the spotlight. But in an entertainment industry that has changed dramatically since his glory days, every step toward his comeback becomes an unexpected adventure filled with outrageous situations, unforgettable personalities, and plenty of laughs.
Without giving away its biggest surprises, OG JunBug promises audiences a fresh comedy packed with sharp writing, memorable characters, and twists that viewers won’t see coming.
“We wanted to create something that celebrates perseverance while reminding people it’s never too late to chase a dream—even if the journey doesn’t go exactly as planned,” said the creative team behind the series. The Broadway Film Group also extends its sincere appreciation to the incredible cast and crew whose dedication and talent brought the series to life.
