Dear Darling Fashionista’s, I have decided to start something new: Model Fab, which will be a spotlight showcasing an ethnic model each month. Often times when stocking the runway shows, we tend to over look the fierce models working the catwalk, and only drool over the clothing that is being worn. In honor of the beauties walking the runway, we will showcase “Model Fab” highlighting some of the fiercest models on the catwalk. I know all my stylista’s will LOVE this!
This month the spotlight goes to non other than the alluring, charming, and graceful Chanel Iman. Iman got her start with Ford Models at the age of 13 in LA and has been working runways and magazine covers ever since. Chanel has graced the covers of Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Italian Elle, and worked with a host of designers such as Alexander McQueen, YSL , and D&G to name a few. This bright young woman is destined for a lasting career as some of the greats before her. This month we salute the FAB Chanel Iman for her fierce strut .

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
