from 8pm-10pm. The show starts promptly at 930pm. Lumen is a contemporary, hip bar and lounge environment designed for Chicago’s sophisticated urban crowd in mind. The party continues until 2amfor all guests to enjoy.

HAK Designs by FlyNerd showcases a unique brand and collection that receives inspiration from everyday people. This lifestyle culture and movement is what describes an innovative look for the future of fashion. Kevin Hill is gearing up to style Grammy-award winning vocalist Chrisette Michelle among other celebrity notables. His brand is classic, which ignites self-expression and fuels creativity. HAK by FlyNerd is part of a chic collective of emerging designers out of the Midwest who delivers edge and finesse to every piece of clothing.

This dynamic event will host a electrifying runway fashion show, music courtesy of DJ Broadway Streetz, and an exclusive VIP section along with meet and mingle networking social opportunities.

Kevin Hill truly believes that the designs that will be featured will have an impact for enthusiast to appreciate, evolve and incorporate into their own style. He assures the audience will definitely connect to the self-described “street couture” brand.

“After a year of working on my website, FlyNerdOnline.com with developers and two years of working on my line HAK, I am finally ready to open the doors and let the world in. FlyNerdOnline.com will be an oasis of activity that will make boredom an emotion of the past.

HAK by FlyNerd, my clothing line is fresh, futuristic, innovative and very risqué to say the least. It’s the perfect blend between urban and couture, something I like to call, “Street Couture” for both men and women. The philosophy behind it all is simple, I don’t make clothes that represent a brand, I make clothes that represent a lifestyle–Never Adapt to Trends..”

A portion of proceeds will go to the ‘Become A FlyNerd’ scholarship fund . This scholarship supports the arts in its purest form. The goal and purpose of the scholarship is to aid a student with the opportunity to be mentored by FlyNerd to ultimately become a fashion designer/and or graphic designer. FlyNerd will award one new student each semester with a $1500 scholarship. In addition to the scholarship, Hill is also awarding the recipient a six-month internship with FlyNerd as an assistant designer to either the Creative Director or Graphic Designer whatever their preference is.
